'Making drug donations better with care'

A video about the complex issue of drug donations. For everyone involved in donating medicines to people in need.
'Making drug donations better with care' presents the interagency guidelines for drug donationswhich have been published by the WHO. Special attention is given to alternatives for the donation of medicines that have been unused or returned to pharmacies or hospitals.
'Making drug donations better with care' is meant for people who are involved with drug donations and want to know more of the background to this issue, for example relief workers or pharmacists.
The video has been developed by the Wemos Foundation and produced by Small World Media, both in Amsterdam, the Netherlands.
The Dutch language video was produced as a part of the awareness raising campaign of the committee on drug donations (Werkgroep Geneesmiddelendonaties.), coordinated by the Wemos Foundation.
An English language video is also available; other language versions are due to appear in the autumn of 1999.
Duration of the video: 15 minutes.
